Job summary

Affinity Dental Management seeks an Endodontist to join a growing specialty network spanning Northeast Hartford County, CT through Western Massachusetts. Choose part-time or full-time and build a schedule across one or multiple locations with independence to practice endodontics.

Join a network with advanced technology, strong referral relationships, and comprehensive clinical and administrative support, including 45+ practices and professionals.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
• New graduates and experienced Endodontists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience
