Affinity Dental Management is seeking an Endodontist to join our established specialist network in the Northeast. You can build a flexible schedule across multiple locations with strong referral relationships and access to advanced technology.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active CT and/or MA license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and apical procedures.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on patient care.

Your Role as an Endodontist

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient‑centered experience

What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure
