Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an Endodontist to provide high-end endodontic services across our family-friendly clinics. The role offers flexible scheduling based on region, with typical clinic hours and a focus on delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages, including children.

The position emphasizes collaboration with dental teams and regional leadership to maintain clinic culture, while using Open Dental for patient flow and safety-first practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state license before starting.
• Endodontic residency completed and credentialed to practice endodontics.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead dental assistants and other dental professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Treat patients of all ages, including pediatric cases.
• Participate in CE events to enhance dental skills.
• Respect all patients regardless of socio-economic status.
• Provide proper notice when out of the office to maintain daily patient flow.
• Interact with other general practice dentists daily in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with regional leads and office leaders to foster strong office culture.
• Utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and clinic organization.
• Promote safety protocols and a safety-first culture in the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leadership on clinic matters.
