Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics in Texas seeks a Pediatric Dentist to provide high-end pediatric dentistry services to patients under 21. This role involves cases including general anesthesia with a dedicated anesthesia team, and support from board-certified specialists to deliver safe, comprehensive care.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with days arranged in coordination with the Chief Dental Officer to fit regional demand; licensure and Medicaid credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice pediatric dentistry.
• Active state dental license before starting in the clinic state.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.
• Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.
• Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.
• Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
• Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.
