Qualifications

• Active state license required before starting.
• Completion of endodontic residency and credentials required.
• Experience with Medicaid credentialing is required.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Interest in career development.

Responsabilités

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead dental assistants and other professionals to deliver excellent care.
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including children.
• Participate in CE events to build dental skills.
• Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status.
• Provide notice when out of the office to maintain patient flow.
• Interact with General Practice dentists daily in a professional manner.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for clinic workflow.
• Promote safety culture within the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leader to align on clinic matters.
