Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to provide high-end pediatric dentistry for patients under 21, including complex cases and anesthesia support with a full-time team of specialists.

The role collaborates with the Chief Dental Officer to set a flexible schedule across multiple regions, ensuring access to care for families. This position emphasizes safe, comprehensive dental care in a kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice dentistry in the clinic's state.
• Previous pediatric dentistry experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold credentials to practice as a pediatric dentist.
• Ability to credential with Medicaid is required.
• Interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge tight relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care.
• See a wide range of cases with patients under 21, including complex pediatric cases.
• Participate in CE events to continue to build pediatric dental skills.
• Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status.
• Provide proper notice when out of the office to ensure staffing for daily patient population.
• Interact with General Practice dentists daily in a professional manner.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your clinic.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and clinic organization.
• Promote safety protocols and a safety-first culture within the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with office leadership to align on clinic matters.
