Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the state of the clinic.
Completion of a pediatric residency and credentials to practice pediatric dentistry in the region.
Ability to obtain Medicaid credentialing is required.
Interest in ongoing career development and dentistry skills is required.

Responsibilities

Build trust and forge strong relationships with Rodeo team members.
Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care.
See a wide range of cases with patients under 21, including complex cases with anesthesia.
Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders to expand dental skills.
Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status.
