Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to provide specialty care at our Vista and Sorrento Valley practices in California. The role offers just 2 days per month with a strong internal referral network and comprehensive operational support from an established multi-specialty organization.

You will focus on delivering high-quality endodontic care, while scheduling, patient coordination, and day-to-day operations are handled by our teams, preserving clinical autonomy to diagnose and treat

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Endodontic Residency Certificate.
• Board Certification.
• Active California dental license in good standing or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide endodontic care with clinical autonomy across two San Diego County practices.
• Collaborate with General Dentists and Specialists within the established referral network.
• Maintain scheduling support and integrate with practice operations while focusing on endodontic care.

Education

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Endodontic Residency Certificate

Board Certification

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to provide specialty care in our Vista and Sorrento Valley (San Diego), California practices.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a limited number of days to their existing schedule while benefiting from the patient flow, internal referral network, and operational support of an established multi-specialty dental organization.

With a commitment of just 2 days per month , you can focus on providing high-quality endodontic care while our teams support scheduling, patient coordination, and day-to-day practice operations.

Our General Dentists and established practices provide a built-in network for specialty referrals, while our local teams support scheduling, patient coordination, and practice operations.

You maintain the clinical autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide endodontic care based on each patient's individual needs, with the support of a broader dental network when collaboration is needed.
