Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to deliver specialty endodontic care across Murrieta and Chula Vista, California. The role offers two days per month with a production-based compensation structure, supported by an established referral network and comprehensive practice operations.

You will maintain clinical autonomy while benefiting from Gentle Dental’s scheduling, patient coordination, and team support to focus on high-quality endodontic care for patients in Southern California.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Endodontic Residency Certificate.
• Board Certification.
• Active California dental license in good standing or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty endodontic care at Murrieta and Chula Vista clinics with 2 days per month.
• Collaborate with Gentle Dental teams for scheduling and patient coordination.
• Maintain clinical autonomy in diagnosis and treatment planning for endodontic cases.
• Leverage established referral network and operational support to deliver high-quality care.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to provide specialty care in our Murrieta and Chula Vista, California practices.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a limited number of days to their existing schedule while benefiting from the patient flow, internal referral network, and operational support of an established multi-specialty dental organization.

With a commitment of just 2 days per month, you can focus on providing high-quality endodontic care while our teams support scheduling, patient coordination, and day-to-day practice operations.
