Job summary

Gentle Dental Vista is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist with a strong interest in endodontics to join our Vista, California practice. You will dedicate most of your schedule to endodontic procedures within general dentistry, supported by an established network of internal referrals and modern technology.

The role offers clinical autonomy and collaboration within a multi-specialty environment, with a schedule starting at 1 day per week and opportunities to add days.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI.
• Experience performing endodontic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Focus on endodontic care within general dentistry.

Depending on your experience and comfort level, procedures may include root canal therapy on anterior teeth, premolars and molars, endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, emergency endodontic care, pulpotomies and pulpectomies, core buildups, and management of dental pain.

For cases requiring specialty-level treatment, you will also have the ability to collaborate with our network of specialists.
