Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to provide specialty care in our Vista and Sorrento Valley (San Diego) practices. This role offers the flexibility of just 2 days per month with production-based compensation and robust support from an established dental network.

You will maintain clinical autonomy to diagnose, plan treatment, and deliver endodontic care while our teams handle scheduling, patient coordination, and operations across two established California locations.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school is required.
• Endodontic Residency Certificate; Board Certification preferred.
• Active California dental license in good standing or ability to obtain prior to employment; CPR, DEA, and NPI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide endodontic care at two practices (Vista and Sorrento Valley, CA).
• Maintain patient care standards and treatment planning within a referral network.
• Collaborate with General Dentists and Specialists to support patient care.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to provide specialty care in our Vista and Sorrento Valley (San Diego), California practices.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a limited number of days to their existing schedule while benefiting from the patient flow, internal referral network, and operational support of an established multi-specialty dental organization.

With a commitment of just 2 days per month, you can focus on providing high-quality endodontic care while our teams support scheduling, patient coordination, and day-to-day practice operations.

Schedule
