Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to join Laveen and Avondale, AZ, offering a flexible four-day-per-month schedule and strong internal referrals. You will work with two established practices while our clinical and operational teams handle day-to-day support.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with General Dentists for referrals and case discussions.
• Maintain high standards of care with supporting clinical and operations teams.

Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to join our established practices in Laveen and Avondale, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist looking for a highly flexible schedule while benefiting from an established patient base and a strong network of internal referrals.

With a schedule of just four days per month , you'll support two established Gentle Dental practices and receive direct referrals from General Dentists within our network. Our experienced clinical and operational teams handle the day-to-day practice support, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional specialty care.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

1+ year of experience preferred

Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
