Job summary

Gentle Dental in Tucson, AZ seeks an Endodontist to join our established network. The role offers flexible 2–3 days per week, with the potential to expand to a fuller schedule, and the autonomy to treatment plan based on your clinical judgment.

You'll benefit from direct internal referrals from general dentists, supportive clinical and operational teams, and a range of benefits including a signing bonus up to $10,000 and multi-campus opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
• 1+ year of experience preferred.
• Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current or ability to obtain CPR, DEA, and NPI credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide endodontic treatment with clinical autonomy and professional judgment.
• Collaborate with Gentle Dental network to leverage the internal referral system.
• Build and manage a specialty practice with support from the network.

Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to join our established network of practices in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work 2–3 days per week, with the potential to build a schedule that fits your professional and personal goals.
