Colorado Endodontic Group in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our full-time team. You will ensure a welcoming patient experience, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help manage accounts.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with some variation, monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match, and disability coverage. Dental experience required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.

Overview

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Full-Time - Monday- Friday - NO WEEKENDS

Hourly Rate: DOE $22-26/hr. plus benefits

Who You Are:

• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
