Job summary

Henderson Group seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for 100% outpatient care with flexible hours (part-time or full-time). Compensation ranges from $200K to $300K per year. Located on Long Island with strong clinical collaboration and a patient-centered approach.

Required are an MSN/BSN, NYS RN and NP licenses, board certification, and 8+ years of NP experience. EMR proficiency and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology and board certified.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS credential required.
• 8+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in endocrine care.
• Diagnose and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for patient care.
• Provide patient education and maintain EMR documentation.
• Oversee nurses and support staff, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
