Job summary

Your Talent Team, a physician-led group with locations across Long Island, seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for 100% outpatient care in New York. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, with no on-call requirements in a well-established practice.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, developing personalized plans, coordinating care with specialists, and maintaining EMR documentation, while meeting HIPAA and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to grow a local clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, infertility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention.
