Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for outpatient care in New York. The role emphasizes diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility with a focus on patient-centered treatment.

The selected candidate will provide comprehensive care, collaborate with physicians, and maintain EMR documentation. Flexible hours and a strong emphasis on growth of a local patient panel are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Trained in Endocrinology.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• 8+ years experience as a NP.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
