Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CMA/RMA required
• Experience in Endocrinology or specialty outpatient care preferred
• Skills in vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
• Proficient with EHR documentation, scheduling, and patient check-in/out
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic

Responsibilities

• Perform essential medical assisting duties in a fast-paced endocrine outpatient clinic.
• Assist with patient check-in/out, scheduling, and documentation in the EMR.
• Support clinicians with vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and rooming patients.
