Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office setting (preferred).
• CMA or CNA certification (preferred).
• Experience with health insurance systems and prior authorizations (preferred).
• Experience with imaging authorizations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate imaging/lab orders.
• Obtain prior authorizations and submit via payer portals when possible.
• Assist receptionist as needed and handle patient communication.
• Process referrals promptly to support clinicians and patients.
