Ashton North LLC in the Greater Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time outpatient position.

You will join a physician-led group with a focus on diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic health, using a modern EPIC system and AI-assisted documentation. Enjoy collaboration with a skilled team and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Formación

• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of specialists and PCPs.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary conferences.
• Foster strong, long-term provider–patient relationships with individualized care plans.
