ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Northwest Indiana near Chicago is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time outpatient role. You will join a physician-led group with EPIC EHR and AI-driven documentation to support a busy subspecialty practice.

Responsibilities include outpatient diabetes, thyroid disease, and metabolic care, thyroid ultrasound with FNA, and collaboration with PCPs, surgeons, and diabetes educators. Indiana license active or eligible is required.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology and Indiana license (or eligible).

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, and diabetes educators within the network.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-enabled documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality-improvement efforts.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with personalized care plans.
