Corewell Health is offering a Full Time 14-week Hybrid Summer Internship in Grand Rapids, MI. The internship runs from May 3 to August 20, 2027, with 40 hours per week in a hybrid setting at our corporate office.

As an intern in End User Technology Services, you’ll explore asset stewardship, standards, inventory, and Epic technology support, gaining exposure to both technical and non-technical aspects of a large health care organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Junior or Sophomore standing; graduation not before May 2028.
• Excellent customer service demonstrated.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook & SharePoint) and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting client, clinical, and medical technologies under supervision.
• Document workflows, problems, resolutions, and procedures.
• Learn event correlation, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
• Participate in process improvements, testing, and prototype evaluation.
