East Texas A&M University is seeking an End-User Support Specialist to manage and optimize the university's EMS scheduling system, coordinate room turnovers, and provide expert user support to faculty, staff, and students.

The End-User Support Specialist will be responsible for general operational use, maintaining and improving integrations, identifying/improving workflows for the university community in regard to the University scheduling software. In addition, the End-User Support Specialist will be equipped to troubleshoot computing workstations, install software, and assist with OS updates, patches, etc. The individual will also be available to assist with event planning where technical assistance is required. Graduate Assistants and/or Student Workers
Ability to maintain the security and integrity of critical infrastructure, which may include communications systems, computer networks and systems, cybersecurity systems, electrical grid, hazardous waste treatment system or water treatment system.
