Qualifications

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, peripheral devices
• Receive and respond to PC hardware problems via calls, pages, and emails
• Develop and maintain inventory of monitors, keyboards, drives, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Maintain PC performance statistics and reports
• Assist in deploying hardware configurations across platforms and operating systems
• Pursue standard certifications to advance technical knowledge
