Job summary
Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking a Manager of End User Services & Lab Support to own the employee and lab IT experience, from frontline help to platform ownership across Somerville facilities. The role combines hands-on service leadership with platform administration to ensure high-quality, compliant support for both office and lab users.

Qualifications
- Experience leading end user services and IT service desk teams.
- Hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 and DocuSign with SLA management.
- Lab IT experience required, supporting lab endpoints and instruments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end user services function, ensuring timely break/fix support across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Administer and improve ITSM system, including intake, triage, escalation, and reporting against SLAs.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding, provisioning accounts, devices, and access on day one.
- Manage lab endpoints and instrumentation, ensuring labs run smoothly.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and vendors to meet compliance and audit requirements.
