Job summary

Genetix Biotherapeutics seeks a Sr. Manager - IT Commercial and Medical Systems in Somerville, MA, to bridge IT with Commercial and Medical teams. The role leads CRM platforms, MIC, and MedComms, guiding roadmaps, governance, and platform lifecycle.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, drive data-driven decisions, and enable compliant, scalable technology across the organization. Hybrid work with onsite collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Sciences, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of progressive IT/business systems experience supporting Commercial/Medical functions in biopharma.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and platforms (Veeva CRM, Salesforce) to guide requirements.
• Experience with Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on AI-enabled analytics and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Develop multi-year capability roadmaps across CRM, customer data, reporting, websites, and MIC/MedComms systems.
• Act as product owner for CRM platforms and related medical information systems, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
• Drive ITIL-based process excellence and manage IT investments within budget.
• Collaborate across Commercial and Medical IT to deliver measurable business value.
