Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Director of Technology Support Services and Lab Strategy to lead end-user technology support across office and lab environments, while shaping the roadmap for lab endpoint security, instrument networking, and digital lab automation.

You will align IT, Facilities, and EH&S to ensure uptime, secure OT devices, and scalable network access for critical lab spaces, with accountability for budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive IT leadership roles, including 3+ years in lab/R&D IT environments.
• Experience integrating scientific instruments and OT devices with enterprise networks.
• Deep familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Endpoint management with Jamf, Intune, MECM.
• Security frameworks for OT/lab systems (GLP/GMP, ISO 27001, NIST) preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-user support across office and lab environments, plus service desk operations.
• Drive ITIL-aligned operations and measure MTTR, CSAT, and First Contact Resolution.
• Lead a team of TSS, Lab, and Program Manager professionals; manage hiring and performance.
• Manage Opex/Capex budgets, hardware lifecycles, and vendor contracts for ROI.
