Job summary

Matheny Medical and Educational Center in Peapack, NJ, is hiring a Full-Time Endpoint Support Specialist to deploy, configure, and maintain the end-user technology environment across hospital, school, and residential settings.

You will support Windows 10/11 devices, Apple iPads, and mobile devices, manage MDM enrollment, and collaborate with IS&T staff to ensure secure, reliable devices that support clinical care, education, and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing desktop, endpoint, mobile device, or technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Windows-based computers and mobile devices.
• Experience with Apple iPads and Apple device management preferred.
• Experience with a Mobile Device Management platform preferred.
• Experience supporting technology in healthcare, education, or another regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, secure, and support Matheny's end-user technology environment across hospital, school, administrative, and residential settings.
• Ensure endpoint devices are reliable, secure, and properly configured to support clinical care, education, and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, deploy new technology, manage endpoint configurations, and support IT modernization initiatives.
• Assist with administration and support of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment, including enrollment, configuration, security, and app deployment.
