Job summary

Matheny Medical and Educational Center is hiring a Full Time Endpoint Support Specialist to support end-user technology across our hospital, school, and residential environments. The role emphasizes deployment, configuration, security, and ongoing support of devices to enable clinical care, education, and administration.

The candidate will work with the Enterprise Infrastructure team and school leadership, bringing at least 3 years of enterprise endpoint experience and familiarity with Windows,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in enterprise desktop/endpoint support.
• Experience with Windows PCs and mobile devices.
• Experience with Apple iPads and MDM preferred.
• Experience with healthcare IT or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices across hospital, school, and facilities.
• Configure and secure end-user technology including iPads and PCs.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and support technology modernization.
• Manage MDM enrollment and device lifecycle for iPads and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IS&T teams and departments to support clinical and educational tech.

Matheny Medical and Educational Center has a career opportunity available for a Full Time Endpoint Support Specialist.

The Endpoint Support Specialist is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, security, and support of Matheny's end-user technology environment. This includes desktop and laptop computers, iPads and other mobile devices, classroom and educational technology, peripherals, and other endpoint technologies utilized throughout Matheny's hospital, school, administrative, and residential environments.

The Endpoint Support Specialist serves as a key technical resource for end-user computing and is responsible for ensuring that endpoint devices are reliable, secure, properly configured, and available to support clinical care, education, residential services, and business operations.

This position works closely with the Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, Assistant Director of Enterprise Infrastructure, applications team, cybersecurity vendors, school leadership, clinical departments, and other IS&T staff to troubleshoot technology issues, deploy new technology, manage endpoint configurations, and support Matheny's technology modernization initiatives.

The position will also assist with the administration and support of Matheny's Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment, including the enrollment, configuration, security, application deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of iPads and other managed mobile devices.

Education

• Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing desktop, endpoint, mobile device, or technical support in an enterprise environment.
