Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior IT Operations Supervisor in Arizona to oversee daily IT tasks and project outcomes. You will supervise a team, assign work, and ensure wage and hour compliance while communicating status to IT management.

You will also write performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and participate in hiring recommendations. The role requires strong leadership and relationship-building across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of directly related technical experience with IT operations.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations and project outcomes.
• Advise IT Management about project status and schedules, and take corrective action on escalated problems.
• Write and conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback with management consultation.
• Make hiring recommendations.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to Manager.
