Job summary

Mondi is seeking an IT Manager – End User Experience to lead end-user technology support across the Americas. You will ensure a secure, efficient environment by managing devices, workplace tech, and strategic IT initiatives, partnering with Mondi Group IT and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years IT leadership, strong Windows/networking/cybersecurity, and experience in industrial settings. This role focuses on delivering reliable EUX services for office and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–10+ years IT experience with progression into leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, including ITIL and ServiceNow.
• Solid project management skills and ability to deliver technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead End User Experience function across the Americas region.
• Coordinate IT support, devices, and workplace technologies.
• Ensure cybersecurity policy compliance and device hardening standards.
• Manage imaging, lifecycle, and procurement of end-user equipment.
• Drive EUX projects, technology implementations, and upgrades.
• Oversee vendors, asset management, and inventory control.
• Support manufacturing ops with shopfloor workstation reliability.
• Oversee service delivery and escalation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience.
