Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management & Intune: manage packages, policies, compliance, and enrollments.
• Troubleshooting: resolve device, network, and software issues including VPN and updates.
• Identity & Access: manage users/devices/groups; configure Conditional Access.
• Platform Administration: administer Zen Desk, TeamViewer, and licensing monitoring.
• Meeting & End-User Support: provide live support for in-person, hybrid, and remote meetings.
• Documentation & Automation: create SOPs and use PowerShell for automation.
