Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Automation Sales Specialist – End User to grow Tulsa-based industrial End User accounts and drive modernization opportunities. You will lead solution-based selling across PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion, safety, and networking, coordinating with field teams to win new business and expand existing relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills required.

• End User Account Development: Build and grow relationships with industrial End Users by identifying automation opportunities tied to modernization, reliability improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Solution‑Based Selling: Lead the sales process by aligning customer challenges with automation solutions including PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion, safety, and networking.
• Opportunity Identification & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and advance automation opportunities across engineering, operations, maintenance, and capital project stakeholders.
• Sales Team Partnership & Account Support: Collaborate with existing sales representatives to support End User accounts by delivering automation expertise and identifying growth opportunities.
• Customer & Market Insight: Stay informed on industrial trends and competitive alternatives to strengthen value messaging.
