Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Associate Principal for End User Experience within the Transformation Hub in Miramar, FL. This role focuses on driving adoption, process improvements, and governance across Source-to-Pay, leveraging Oracle Fusion and AI enablement initiatives.

The position partners with stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to maximize ERP value, define future-state operating models, and ensure successful deployment of transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, ERP programs, business analysis, product management, or organizational change management.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to multiple business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
• Define and execute change management strategies for S2P enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Develop training, communications, and adoption plans to maximize Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Lead governance, KPI reporting, and benefit realization for Source-to-Pay initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, release management, and stakeholder engagement for Oracle quarterly releases.
