Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Assoc. Principal, End User Experience to drive business adoption and transformation across Source-to-Pay. You will partner with stakeholders, manage governance, and lead change initiatives to maximize Oracle Fusion value.

You will guide operating models, define metrics, and support large ERP programs while collaborating with IT, product teams, and vendors in a global, on-site role in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, ERP programs, or organizational change.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
