Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide solution architecture across Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, EPM, and AI capabilities. You will guide complex transformation programs, align with enterprise standards, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

This role reports to the AVP, Technology Transformation Programs and is based in Miramar, FL onsite. You will mentor teams, engage with senior leaders, and drive integration strategies across global delivery models

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT/solution architecture experience.
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/EPM expertise at enterprise scale.
Experience advising senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
Hybrid delivery across internal, offshore, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

Define and lead architecture for Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, EPM).
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to design integrated system landscapes and data flows.
Establish architecture principles, roadmaps, and secure, scalable solutions.
Drive AI-enabled optimization and automation within Oracle ecosystems.
Oversee integration using Oracle Integration Cloud and APIs.
