Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of End User Computing technical support in a Windows environment
1+ years of MECM Current Branch experience in SCCM administration
4+ years of Active Directory and GPO management
Experience with physical and virtual image development and deployment
Patch management experience using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune
Proficient troubleshooting skills with Windows OS/Office 365 (Windows 11)

Responsibilities

Package, test, and deploy system and application updates/patches to the end-user environment
Administer physical and virtual environments
Evaluate and test new hardware and software
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 endpoint technical support in a Windows 11 environment
Escalation support including VIP issues
Maintain standards, knowledge base, procedures, and documentation
Track and manage software renewals
Maintain 99% weekly patch compliance
Create and manage standard corporate image and deployment
Plan and implement hardware/software upgrades
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Research and evaluate capabilities to support business initiatives
Integrate AI automation to improve efficiency
Follow change and problem management processes
