Job summary

MANTECH in Aurora, CO seeks an End User Device Technician to provide installation and troubleshooting support for VOIP phones, teleconferencing gear, printers, desktops, and related cabling. You will ensure proper equipment sanitization and inventory management in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role includes supporting refresh projects and Task Orders, with travel up to 25% to cover other locations. A customer-facing mindset and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT hardware support and end-user device troubleshooting.
• IAT Level II baseline DoD 8570.01-M certification such as Security+.
• Customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots VOIP phones, teleconferencing gear, AVM/meeting room devices, printers, desktops, and related cabling.
• Supports refreshes, modernization projects, and Task Order activities.
• Follows equipment classification and sanitization processes.
• Performs equipment surveys, inventories, updates databases, and assists with logistics.
• Operates within Service Level Agreement timeframes; up to 25% travel to support other locations.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented End User Device Technician to join our team in Aurora, CO area

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
• Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Order activities as required.
• Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
• Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.
• Works all of the above requirements within Service Level Agreement time windows.
• Travels to support other locations within the area as needed up to 25% travel required

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience and willingness to learn IT hardware support and installation/troubleshooting of end user devices such as VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices and completion of associated cabling work.
• Possess an IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Security +
• Customer facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CAN networking requirements.
• Experience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
• Quality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication.

Clearance Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Physical Requirements

• Maintains a regular sedentary position, attends meeting both virtually and in person, constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet and must be willing to travel as needed to support operational demands.
