Job summary

CACI International is seeking an End User Specialist to design, deploy, administer, and evolve enterprise endpoint technologies that keep global users productive and secure. You will support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, implement modern workplace solutions, and contribute to secure, scalable endpoint strategies across multiple teams.

The role spans hands-on support to advanced engineering/architecture for enterprise endpoint management.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or Bachelor’s in IT-related field.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in desktop administration or end-user IT operations.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office apps, and endpoint tech.
• Familiarity with device lifecycle, imaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices across enterprise environments.
• Provide end-user technical support and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Configure and maintain endpoint management platforms for Windows/macOS/mobile and VDI.
• Develop and maintain standardized endpoint images, software packages, and deployment processes.
• Support device provisioning, lifecycle management, and asset accountability.
• Manage endpoint security configurations, OS updates, software deployments, and compliance policies.
• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, and identity services.
• Develop automation using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Monitor endpoint health and user experience metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Create technical documentation and deployment guides; collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging end-user computing tech and provide recommendations; mentor junior staff.
