Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks an End User Computing Manager in Springfield, VA. You will lead a team of desktop administrators, driving endpoint security, performance, and lifecycle management across a global enterprise.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in enterprise IT, including leadership of distributed teams, incident management, and continuous improvement of endpoint services. TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of progressive hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Enterprise IT systems, tools, and services.
• 3+ years leading and managing Enterprise IT teams.
• Experience building and guiding service-oriented processes (Incident, Problem, Request, Knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for end-user devices; ensure security, performance and lifecycle management.
• Lead a team of ~10 desktop administrators; oversee daily support operations and incident/request handling.
• Translate business needs into effective end-user support, patching, and device management across a global enterprise.
