Job summary

SAIC seeks an End User Computing Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation and optimization of advanced network solutions for a mission-critical enterprise IT environment in Springfield, VA. This role supports the MAJESTIC Joint Program Office (JPO) and requires extensive experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and security compliance.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
9–15 years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Poly.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure architecture and security compliance (RMF/NIST DoD 8510.01).
Experience leading on-site IT projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain operation of LAN/WAN and VPN infrastructure.
Plan and coordinate hardware/software changes in data/voice networks.
Maintain network and system documentation and operational instructions.
Provide monitoring and analysis for long-range IT planning and improvements.
Ensure compliance with security standards across Kubernetes/containerized environments.
