Caterpillar Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an engineering professional to design and implement new processes to improve end-to-end value chain performance in the Paving business.

You will analyze the value chain for cost improvements, develop business cases, identify waste, and lead LCP I, LCP II, and VAVE execution and governance, with travel up to 10% and five days in the office.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the end-to-end value chain to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
• Develop business cases, define projects, and provide recommended actions for stakeholders.
• Identify waste and lead projects to achieve cost goals.
• Lead PAV LCP I, LCP II and VAVE execution and governance.
• Establish and manage cost reduction budgets.
• Support global cost team members.
