You will develop business cases, support dealer and customer readiness, and drive adoption of MWL solutions while helping to optimize value chain processes across networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in design, supply chain or operations improves effectiveness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Onboard and Offboard technology solutions with engineering and commercial teams.
• Serve as the key solutions interface between MWL and commercial teams.
• Partner with supply chain, logistics, engineering and commercial teams to deliver work tools strategy.
• Develop business cases and capability studies for solutions improvement.
• Identify process inefficiencies and waste related to time, cost, materials and energy.
• Implement new processes and tools and govern changes across workstreams.
