Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation’s EMD division is seeking a Value Chain Designer in Brooklyn Park, MN to design and implement new processes or updates to existing processes to improve end-to-end value chain performance and efficiency in the Paving business.

You will analyze the end-to-end value chain for cost improvements, develop business cases, lead LCP I/II and VAVE executions, manage cost-reduction budgets, and collaborate with global cost team members to drive tangible savings.

Qualifications

• Experience improving end-to-end value chains for manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to develop business cases and action-oriented cost-reduction plans.
• Identify waste, define projects, and drive efficient process improvements.

Responsibilities
