Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a transplant coordination professional for a temporary 3-4 month assignment, with hospital option to extend or shorten based on needs. This role serves as the single point of contact for facilities and providers, coordinating transplant planning, utilization review, and follow-up while tracking members across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration required.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• 2-3 years transplant management experience and 2-3 years clinical health plan/utilization management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transplant coordination is holistic and end-to-end.
• Directly interact with providers, staff, members and advocates to gather clinical information.
• Review information and provide recommendations to the collaborative team.
• Track and monitor transplant-eligible members for full support and management.
• Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers and insurance entities.
• Obtain authorizations and maintain accurate transplant case files.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and solutions.
