Job summary

ATC Drivetrain in Oklahoma City is seeking a Test Systems Manager to supervise the test group, oversee test stand projects, and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are met.

You will develop end-of-line test stand capabilities, lead the Test Engineering Department, hire/train staff, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver on-time launches while optimizing methods and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
• Experience leading a test engineering team and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication in a technical environment
• Ability to organize and optimize staffing and equipment utilization

Responsibilities

• Establish test standards and specifications for the Global Test group
• Supervise all projects relating to the test stands
• Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards in the area
• Develop and enforce QMS-related procedures for end-of-line testing
• Develop capability and capacity of end-of-line test stand equipment
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for the Test Engineering Department
• Provide status updates to ATC Program Management and Engineering leadership
