Job summary

ATC Drivetrain in Oklahoma City seeks a Test Systems Manager to supervise the test stand team, establish standards, and oversee safety, quality, and housekeeping in the testing area.

You will lead the Test Engineering Department, hire and develop staff, coordinate with the Global Test group, and drive improvements in methods, equipment, and capacity.

Candidates typically hold a Master''s degree or 4–10 years related experience; knowledge of LabVIEW and TestStand is a plus.

Qualifications

• In most cases, a Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent, or 4–10 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Establish test standards and specifications for the Global Test group.
• Supervise all projects related to the test stands.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping in the test area and meet production standards.
• Develop and adhere to ATC’s QMS policies for end-of-line testing.
• Develop and maintain the Test Engineering Department and oversee staff.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
• Organize work to meet production needs and line efficiency.
• Provide status reports to ATC Program Management and Customer Engineering.
• Lead R&D development for future programs by determining test and communication protocols.
