Job summary

Senergy Petroleum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support workforce growth by identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, professional, technical, sales, and safety-sensitive positions.

The candidate will partner with hiring managers, develop job adverts, conduct interviews, and extend offers in line with compensation guidelines, while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and applicant recordkeeping is desired.
• Familiarity with major job boards and ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Screen candidates via telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate timelines with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers in coordination with HR leadership and compensation guidelines.
• Maintain compliant records in ATS and HR systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare status updates for leadership.
