Senergy Petroleum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires, while partnering with managers to define needs and timelines.

The position emphasizes robust employer branding, candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting practices to support organizational growth. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to recruiting, interviewing, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and use information to improve hiring outcomes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Senergy Petroleum locations, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, other job boards, and ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from position approval through accepted offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify requirements, qualifications, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate selection discussions with hiring teams.
• Prepare and extend offers in coordination with HR leadership and compensation guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, etc.).
• Support sourcing strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
• Promote employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies in recruitment.
