Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience supporting or testing large-scale integrated systems across multiple applications and services.
• Strong understanding of system integration, software releases, and deployment processes.
• Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, data flows, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience reviewing logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics to identify root causes.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end validation across applications, services, databases, APIs, and third-party systems; verify deployments, configurations, integrations, and data flows.
• Conduct environment and release readiness assessments prior to QA handoff; identify and troubleshoot integration gaps and dependencies.
• Verify APIs, batch processes, messaging services, and external interfaces; execute smoke testing and health checks after deployments.
• Maintain release documentation, validation checklists, and deployment procedures; collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
